Bodyshop Customer Advisor

As our Customer Advisor you will welcome all customers visiting our premises and deliver outstanding customer service. You will need to be able to build a rapport with customers, establish their needs quickly and assist in any way required.

Job Description

  • Greeting customers, introducing to our service, liaising with our estimating team to provide updates
  • Booking customers in and arranging collection and delivery of vehicles via the transport diary
  • Controlling issue and return of Courtesy Vehicles
  • Completing photographs of vehicles once they arrive on site and uploading to the claims
  • Answering telephone calls and relay messages as required
  • Providing refreshments to customers whilst they wait
  • Keeping the Reception area under control
  • Issuing invoices, taking payments

About You:

  • You will need to be highly organised
  • Excellent computer skills – Must be trained on Word and Excel
  • Have a smart appearance
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Enthusiastic
  • Driving licence preferable
  • Previous experience in a Body shop or Service environment is essential
  • Must be able to work with initiative under pressure

Working hours are 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday
