You have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired. Your insurance company may attempt to direct you to their ‘recommended repairer', but please bear in mind, that this repairer may not have manufacturer approval, they may not use genuine parts, and they may not be able to supply you with a courtesy vehicle. The insurance company will also focus more on the cost of repair rather than the quality, sometimes resulting in the manufacturer's standard not being reached.

We will:

• Only use genuine original manufacturer parts and Materials.
• Offer a Courtesy vehicle for the duration of repairs
• Give a minimum 3 year Guarantee
• Carry out full Diagnostic check (where applicable)
• Re-apply paint protection
• Use state of the art wheel alignment equipment
• Liaise with your insurance company on your behalf to ensure all work is approved in as short a time as possible.
• Offer free collection and delivery of your vehicle at the time of repair.
• Carry out a Valet upon completion.

• we can guarantee that your vehicle is being repaired exactly to manufacturer's specification.
• Manufacturer approval is incredibly difficult to achieve, involving regular and lengthy audits of all our working practices and procedures, ensuring technicians have attended relevant training courses to update their knowledge of the brand
• it requires extensive quality management reviews, and health and safety inclusion to ensure that our duty of care extends beyond our staff, but also applies to your vehicle.
• Our duty is to ensure nobody, including you would be exposed to risk and to take all steps reasonably practicable to do that.
